Our Teaching Staff

Our teaching staff have a range of strategies to help with specific learning difficulties, all tailored to the individual needs of the child. They use a whole variety of activities every week to engage the children, thus learning is fun and specific to the groups.
The groups, which are reviewed regularly, are small to ensure your child feels safe and secure.
You will recieve details of your child’s teacher and you should communicate with them about your child’s progress regularly.
If you cannot attend, it is your responsibility to contact your child’s teacher by email or phone prior to Saturday mornings.

Our ‘Headteacher’ is Jenny Bremner-Smith; she will be the first point of contact you have and is always willing to help should you have any questions.

Our Committee

As a member of the association you automatically become part of the committee.

The committee is made up of parents, who are all volunteers, and it takes on the administration and fundraising needs of the association.
We hold charity status and are able to keep teaching costs low due to the fund raising that supports the group. Please show us your support by helping with events whenever you can.

Share any ideas and support the association by joining us for parents’ sessions and our Annual General Meeting. We are here to support one another and our children.

We do have a core team who take responsibility for the administration and finance of the association as required by the Charities Commission. These positions are:

Vice Chair
Fund raising Co-ordinator
